Boot camp is where it all begins, a great place to start. We understand that CrossFit my be scary and intimidating in the beginning, but why not start somewhere you know you aren't the only one. In this class you will learn basics in nutrition and the movements used in everyday CrossFit Classes.

CrossFit is a fitness program designed to increase an athletes general physical readiness. The program uses functional movements performed at high intensity. We constantly vary those movements to achieve maximum results. This class is for everyone wether you are a brand new CF athlete or a CF veteran.
Our teens class is a great way to start CF at a younger age. It is also a great spot to get into. This class teaches kids about good nutrition as well as how to properly use the weights and barbells in the gym. You can also train to be a competitive CF Teen.
